Mia Mia House in the Desert - Newman
In 2007 Auzcorp built and opened in Newman the boutique hotel Mia Mia House in the Desert, offering premium accommodation, quality dining, catering for functions, special events and conferences. Mia Mia Hotel has an excellent reputation and offers a range of services to corporate clients.
Mia Mia Port Hedland International Airport
In December 2009 Auzcorp took over the existing Accommodation Camp at Port Hedland International Airport and commenced the process of turning it into an integrated facility comprising serviced worker accommodation with 192 en suite rooms and dining and other services. The site is to be extensively landscaped and the development plan includes adding a quality new hotel along the lines of the company’s boutique Mia Mia Hotel in Newman.
Beachfront Village - Port Hedland
Beachfront Village in Port Hedland is as an innovative solution to the huge demand for accommodation resulting from the Pilbara resources boom. This 40-year-old facility has been re-created as an accommodation village with 438 rooms available. New double, single and disabled en-suite units, including refurbished older studio-style rooms with shared bathroom facilities. There is a large dining facility, gymnasium and recreation areas, function rooms for meetings, small conferences and special events. Beachfront offers comfort, privacy and security at a prime Port Hedland location, with guest access to the waterfront.
